Creative young minds tackle global health challenges

May 24, 2018

The iDAPT youth innovators hosted an event for the TDSB Global health and Innovation students from Grade 5 - 7. They visited the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute to present their product idea or concept in front of a panel of judges to get advice from experts, pairing tech innovators and health experts with students to build human-centric solutions to front-line health problems. Innovative concept/idea or technology that can be made useful in low to mid income countries tackled various healthcare issues.
