Investigating the Effect of ABS and Music on VR Sickness

Full Study Title

The effectiveness of auditory beat stimulation and music on motion sickness in Virtual Reality

Study Description

Virtual Reality (VR) is revolutionizing the way we experience entertainment, healthcare, and training. However, a common side effect of VR use is VR sickness, with symptoms of nausea, disorientation, and headaches. Currently, there is no consistent solution to VR sickness. This study will investigate the use of auditory beat stimulation (ABS) and music as a countermeasure against VR Sickness. Participants will first complete a number of questionnaires and then watch a VR scenario that may cause self-motion sensations and motion-sickness-like feelings.
